SOULTREE YOGA
Hello
Movement, expression and the human experience has always been fascinating to me. I studied dance from a young age and transitioned to yoga after relocating to London from California. Yoga was a safe space for me to heal my body and shift the way I viewed myself and the world.

Like many others I came to yoga for the physical exercise, but ended up gaining an entire community. I found my home in Baptiste Yoga because of the physical challenge of a dynamic practice, and mostly because of it's emphasis on personal inquiry. For me yoga is about getting messy and learning about myself. It's about finding out what is on the other side of the limits I place on myself, and challenging everything I believe is true. It can be deep and insightful...but ultimately I find yoga fun and playful. A playground for me to explore what I am capable of, and how the combination of language and movement can create an impact on people in my class.

When I am not on my mat you can find me hanging out with my Frenchie, Monsieur Gustave, exploring the world, watering my plants and drinking chai lattes.
My yoga journey...

"Jacque's classes are guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished and able. No matter the type of day you are having or the level of ability, you can get up from savasana revived. Jacque has the rare talent of meeting you where you are at- she is able to modify any posture and give hands on assistance to help you get there."
